I can't find a primary care doctor can anyone help?

I am 32 years old and have been battling my weight most of my life. My primary doc told me three months ago she would approve the surgery, just talked to her 3 days ago and she told me I would not be a good candidate due to hypothryroid. My levels have been normal for over a year and everyone I have talked to tells me that does not make me a bad candidate. I am 5'2" weigh 270 pounds and have hypothyroid, hypertension, sleep apnea, depression, shortness of breath, joint and back pain. I am looking for a new doctor in the Kenosha Racine area that is not against this surgery. Does anyone have any suggestions?
