ALCOHOL AT 9 WEEKS?

I'm going to a wedding in a few weeks and I will be just about 9 weeks post op, do you think it woud be okay to have a drink or two? I usually drink beer or white russians, I know I shouldn't have the carbonation in the beer and I shouldn't have the calories in the white russian and I'm not much for wine. What the heck is left???
