Anyone with Lupus have medication issues?

I have Lupus, Sjogren's, hypothyroaid, and FMS, I am considering WLS. My concern is that I take numerous pills. It is of course my hope that after surgery the Lupus will go in to remission - Will I still be able to take all of those medications? If anyone has a similar situation I'd love to know what your doctor has done. Of course I'll ask mine when the time comes - but in the mean time - I'll ask all of you! Thanks
