Has anyone ever had plastic surgery to remove the bags under their eyes:

If you did how did it work out for you and what was the cost? I have these dark black bags under my eyes, makes me look tired no matter how much sleep I get. When I get my breast reduction surgery I want to have these bags removed forever. Anyone out there have any experience with this? Marti
