Those of you that have United Health Care PPO who has had Plastic surgery

I just want to know if you had plastic surgery for your tummy and boobs and how hard was it to get approved.My husband works for Allstate and has great coverage but I'm afriad to call since they document everything. Thanks By the way i was not covered under this policy when i had gastric.
