Does anyone use the new BeneFiber or Fiber Choice sugar free chewable?

I have always taken a psyllium based fiber to stay regular and healthy. I haven't since surgery. I just wondered about these newer fiber supplements that totally disolve before you swallow them. Are they alright for post -ops (7 weeks)? Are they a beneficial fiber? Thanks Maureen
