Does anyone know if the NEW EXCEDRIN Quick Tabs are OK?

I just noticed in the drug store that there are these new disolve in your mouth excedrin pills for headaches. Does anyone know if they would be OK for headaches post-op? I am going to have surgery on 9-26 and I get the worst headaches and Tylenol is a really bad joke. I was reading that these quick tabs have no asprin and being that they wont actually hit the pouch I am wondering if they would be OK to use? They contain whatever tylenol contains and a bit of caffine. I know that caffine (my surgeon said) could cause ulcers, but it wont hit the pouch, so I am rather hopful about these new quick tabs. Any info is greatly appreciated!!
