Having very bad tummy pains please need help!!!

I had my surgery April 12 2002. I'm doing well with the weight loss 78 pound but for the past two weeks i have been getting horrible stomach pains. The pains starts around my belly button and goes up all the way to my boobs.On the Right side. I take my Zantac and sometimes it works and sometimes not. Last night I was in tears I thought maybe if I went to the bathroom I would be ok. Went a little and the pain was even worse. I finialy had my husband help me with an enama. Some relief but still hurts. Any thoughts of what this could be and what may help the pain. Sorry for being so long winded....
