New Dr. In Connecticut! (Yale) Dr. Robert Bell? Has anyone heard of him; any info?

Dr. Robert Bell will be performing surgeries starting this month at Yale New Haven Hospital. Has anyone heard of him? I heard he was from Deleware. Has anyone had WLS with him. Why did he leave Deleware? Any info would help.
