Anyone tried Vita4life liquid protein?

I am pre-op, and from reading about the liquid protein on their site, it seems to be an easy and uncomplicated way to get your protein in each day. Does anyone recommend a certain flavor? I am considering useing this until I am able to eat " regular " food. Thanks
