Anyone out there tired of being sick most or all the time.
I'm 6 weeks and have lost so far 50lbs. I'm happy about the weight lost,but I feel sick all the time. I know I'm not eating like I should. Everything makes me sick. I have to forse myself to eat. I can't eat shakes protein bars, tuna, cottage cheese, I think because that is all I ate at the begining it has really turned me off food like that. Yogart seems to go down a little easier. Any suggestions please let me know. Thanks
