Anyone out there that was over 300 and not need plastic surgery?

Hi! I am 27 years old and have been told that since I am pretty young that I may not need plastic surgery after I lost all my weight. I was wondering if there is anyone out there who was over 300 pounds and didn't really need the plastic surgery after you lost your weight?
