Does anyone know a good surgen in the central Nebraska area?

Hello my name is kerri I live in South centeral nebraska and have been researching on line about having surgery i am 5'7 391 pounds and am tired of living like this I am only 30 years old I have always had trouble with my weight everyone in my family is large but, I am tired of this. I am on disability due to a back injury and this make's it worse I already have problems with arthritis in my lower back and hip's . Also i was wondering that i have seen that alot of people that have this surgry have had to have other surgry's after the initial surgry can anyone tell me if medicaid and medicare covered those as well.?
