I am looking for a new PCP in Phoenix/Glendale, AZ who is familiar with WLS.

I am 5 weeks post-op and am looking for a new PCP in Phoenix or Glendale, Arizona who is familiar with WLS/RNY (I have Aetna Ins). Any suggestions?
