Will I continue to lose after my gallbladder surgery??

Iam going to be having gallbladder surgery shortly and I was wondering if my weight loss will stop or will it speed up again for a while. I have heard people gaining 10lbs from all the iv fluids. Will I have to start over with eating foods again?
