ANY ONE KNOW OF A LOAN COMPANY TO HELP WITH COST!!!

I have less then perfect credit. I need to come up with $5695.00 before my surgery. Anyone know of a loan company that helps people with less than perfect creidt. My surgery is the 12th of April if I get the money. Any suggestions would be great.Thanks
