Does anyone know if the BMI, that is on the computer the same as....

My question is that when the computer calculates your BMI, and they give you a number, and you go to the Dr.'s office will they do the same arithmetic? When I did my BMI over the computer it was 39., when the Dr. did it i could of sworn she said it was 41, something. Don't get me wrong, i will go for the one that is higher, but I was wondering anyone else have this happen to?
