I am soooo hungry all the time at 5 days post-op on liquids

i have followed thr rules exactly as i am supposed to. i am on clear liquids and always hungry.10-20 minutes after eating broth or juice or water i am so hungry. i sip water all day long to get enough in.the only thing that seems to curb the hunger is when i take my pain med every 4 hours
