Is this normal?

I had a lap rny on 2/18/02, I have a weird feeling near one of the cuts. It feels like a muscle wants to pop out. I can't think of any better way of saying this. It's a very stange feeling. What is this and has anyone had this? I cannot say that it is painfull... just a super weird pressure from the inside pushing out. Thanks in advance!
