Michigan Psychologist that accepts Medicaid

I cant get approval for RNY without a Psych eval but nobody can tell me where in the state of Michigan to find a Psychologist that will do the eval for madicaid. I am willing to go anywhere in the state!!! please someone help!! [email protected]
