Does any one know of any organization that perform surgery on a free to low-cost basi

Does any one know of any organization that do this surgery for free or low-cost basis. I live in NY i am 25yrs old 5-9 340lbs. I am unemplyed no insurance of Medicaid. I emailed a couple of medical shools today. I also emailed a couple of doctors they replyed GET SOME INSURANCE but i cannot afford it. I have about 3000 dollars saved but i am losing hope pretty fast i am knocking on the door for the past week i have been inside because my body is telling me that i cant take it any more.
