a silastic band with stapling and no intestine removed just bypassed

my surgeon is doing the procedure as listed above with a fobi pouch as well if this makes any sense to you as it sure as heck doesnt for me anyway what is this considered an vbg or a rny i need a definite one or the other so i know what i am dealing with thanks for your help
