I'm only 4 days post-op, can I drink tea and coolaide?

I really would like some decafe tea and sugerfree coolaide but I don't know if it's to early to be trying these things? I have only had broth and Jello to this point and I am very board with it. I have been drinking my water but there must be more out there. I had RNY Lap. Thanks KElly
