Did anyone have a tummy tuck and medicare paid?

I had gastric bypass 7 yrs. ago and have a 6 inch panni hanging in front. Causing me the last 3 yrs. a lot of rashes, yeast infections and back pain. Has anyone anywhere in Alabama had medicare pay for their panni removal and did not have to pay a plastic surgeon any money up front besides the small co-pay. I saw a plastic surgeon in my home town (Tuscaloosa) and he told me that I would have to pay $5180 before he would do the surgery. because medicare takes so long to payment. MsPisces.
