How much should I be eating at 7 months post op?

So, i posted a question on here a week ago thinking i was pregnant. IM NOT!!! I am SO very happy. I want more kids, but not now. but my next question is, is how much should i be eating 7 months post op bypass. i can probably eat 1 cup of food in some foods. i have to struggle not to eat more. i hope i havent stretched out my pouch.
