6yrs out..Bloated like a frog..HELP!!!!!!!

I am 6yrs out..having wt.gain.B/S issues. And yes, yucky wt.gain...about 23lbs..but the bloating..OMG!!!!!It so hard to deal with....any suggestions???? Thank you so much. Shelly
