bulging veins and thin skin

It has been 11 mos since my rny and lost a total of 128 lbs. my skin on my arms and legs is so thin. You can see all my veins. Also i have big dogs and when they "paw" me it leaves the ugliest red marks on my arms. (looks like i bleed under the skin). just wondering if any one else has these issues.
