Getting lab work done, do you ask the to check all vitamins level?

When I go to the doctor, I'm not should what to ask the doctor to check. Could he check vitamins and minerals levels at one time alone with whatever else I need? 3 weeks post-op trying to do all I can to get in fluids, etc., not easy. I was told by the nut 80grams of protein daily is enough.
