GAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the duodenal switch 12 years ago and I am lactose intolerant. Ever since the surgery I have frequent TERRIBLE, NASTY gas. I've tried the Dairy-ease pills, Beano and a Kroger brand of gas relief pills and NOTHING helps. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can take? It doesn't matter what I eat, I still have terrible gas.
