I posted the wrong topic but my question remains the same.
What's the fastest way in the shortest time to lose weight. My husband has been drinking shakes for two meals and eating a balanced protein/carb 3rd meal. He excersizes 1 - 1 1/2 hours per day. He has to be at his goal weight (still needs to lose 20 lbs) two weeks before surgery which is at the end of this month. Any suggestions?
