Can't control my eating

I am 18 months post op. I am hungry all the time. I do NOT have any dumping syndrom at all. I can eat everything. I have found my way back to carbs and sugar addiction. I do not know what to do. I never really started right because I got pregnant 3 1/2 months after the surgery. I am home all day with the baby and all I want to do is eat. Please help me. I truly feel hungry all day and crave carbs and sugar and I give into temptation. I can eat a lot too, I am very suprised. Any suggestions will help. Perhaps a daily diet plan. I moved and cannot see my old surgeon and have no support. Thank you soooooo much.
