Feeling bloated over pouch

I am 4.5 months out from an RNY and I have been having this feeling for almost a week but it comes and goes. Doesn't seem to be associated with any type of food and I don't have my gall bladder. It seems to happen about an hour after I eat and is quite uncomfortable. No pain, just this fullness right in the middle under my rib cage. Anyone else ever experience this? Should I call the doctor? Could it be an ulcer starting? I am on NSAIDs due to spinal stenosis (with my surgeon's approval) but I'm still worried about developing an ulcer (I'm also on Aciphex so he feels it's safe). Also, have had bouts of diarrhea over the last week. Thanks for any advice.
