AM I losing too much, too fast?
Hello. I was wondering, I am about 3 and a half months out of open rny and have lost 84 pounds, thus far. Is this too much, too fast? I have been taking my vitamins and protien shakes daily, and get at least three meals in a day, I'm just not sure if I should be losing this fast. I am happy with the loss, but curious as to whether I should be concerned. I go see the Doc at the end of this month. Thanks for all your support thus far, and thanks in advance for any answers!!
