DS's in the Midwest -- is there an experienced surgeon in our area?

I am in WI and becoming increasingly interested in the DS versus RNY surgery. I am a self-pay so I do not have to content with the whim of the insurance companies -- just shelling out the dough! Anyway, I was interested if anyone had surgery in WI, MN, WI, IN, IL, OH, KY, or TN. I have looked into Dr. Baltasar in Spain, but would also like to see what options are more local. Most of the doctors I have researched on OH have limited (fewer than 20) DS's under their belt. I was hoping for someone with a bit more experience, and someone that would do the DS LAP.
