10 days post-op and can eat anything... I'm worried...

Hello all. I'm 10 days post op. Had a tough surgery with a few complications. Wasn't hungry for a few days but am starting to want to eat now. I have not got sick, or even felt sick once. Everything I eat goes down fine and haven't felt that "full" feeling I was hoping for. I'm so worried that because of this I won't be successfull. I know I'm probably eating too much now and just wonder if anyone else had similar experience?
