Had surgery, had a revision, still need help...

I was wondering if anyone knows of surgeons that speciliaze in "hard" cases? Location at this point is a second thought to finding someone to help me. I have had surgery, 2 "repairs" that were done by going down my throat and then a revision and I STILL have problems and trying to get help with it is diffcult and im ready to give up and totally regret having this damn surgery. I was wondering if anyone knows of a surgeon that takes "hard"cases, and where they are located. Any help would be appreciated.
