Gallbladder has to go...How many have had gall bladder removed after Lap RNY?

I had my Lap RNY Jan 31, 2008. I had a gallstone before the surgery but the surgeon wasn't comfortable removing both at the same time. I am told there may be a scar tissue issue, has anyone been through this before?
