Is a leakage possible?

I am almost 2 years post op and for the past day I have had pain anytime I've drank or eaten anything. Could I have a leakage this far out from surgery? What else could be going on? I've been feeling off for the past few weeks, but I've attributed that to my b12 deficiency...And all day today I've had the chills and a pretty bad stomach ache...Any ideas or suggestions?
