5 weeks post op and having problems keeping anything down

I had a laproscopic rny gb. I am having problems with nausea and vomiting, it seems that anything I eat or drink just wants to come back up. I am not meeting my fluid and protein requirements. Doctors are telling me everything is fine, that I am eating wrong things, but I can't tolerate anything even the protein products. Any advice or help I would appreciate it!!
