What would be my best option for a revision?

I had weight loss surgery in 2003 and lost 120 pounds. I've had a baby and gained back 20 pounds and I also have lupus and had to go back on prednisone and gained another 20 pounds. I really want a revision, but don't know what to get. What about the stomaphyx. And is it done in ALABAMA?
