Anyone had a suture abcess?

Mine didn't break the surface until 1.5 years after surgery. I can't get it fixed ti next month. I've had 2 CT's and you can see the progression. The rads didn't think much of it one even called it a hematoma, but they don't have pus in them.. Could this be why I've felt like crap for months?
