So confused on foods and protien drinks

I am almost 5 months post op (Lap RNY) and I have lost 95 lbs. That I am happy about. But these past few weeks, I feel like I am not losing enough. I started drinking protien shake in the morning hoping to boost my weight loss. I heard that will help if you get more protien, but now I am reading that it will build mass and that the protien may actually be hindering the weight loss. I eat very healthy although there are things I will have that are considered "regular" such as cheese and mayo. I eat these things in very moderate amounts because i think all things are ok in moderation. What should I be doing to boost my loss again? I have 7 more months to go before my year mark and want to lose another 70lbs. Will I make my goal?
