Has anyone had Thermablation (alternative to hysterectomy)done before Gastric Bypass!

I had a thermablation (alternative to hysterectomy, stops menstrual cycles) done for heavy menstrual cycles November 2006. Have not had a period since February 2007. I had the Gastric Bypass done on July 17, 2008 and five weeks post-op I started bleeding very heavy. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this temporary? Please help.
