Is this a real plateau?
I'd love to hear from anyone on this - I had RNY surgery on March 24th of this year. And until recently, with exercise and a good diet, I've steadily lost weight. I'm 4 months out from surgery. Now for the past almost 3 weeks, I've lost one pound for a day or two and gained it right back. There has been no net change at all in close to 3 weeks. I haven't had a real plateau that I could identify, so I'm wondering whether this is one or not. My problem is that I've had to start working from 7am to 8pm and haven't had any chance at all to exercise recently, as I barely get any sleep. These hrs will only last thru the end of September, luckily. But I am watching everything that I eat and I choose my foods well. So, does this lack of weight loss sound normal? And any suggestions to kick-start it again? Thanks!!
