feeling really yuky

I am going to call my dr. But I am interested if anyne out there after surgery felt like this. I had surgery last friday feeling good. But today i woke up feeling very yuky. I am weak, foggy headed, and my back hurts a bit. I also seem to get some stabbing pains once in a while in my back. My magnesium was low in the hosp. they gave me some intravenously and all was ok after they checked my blood again. Was wondering if it could be low iron? Any ideas.
