having problems getting the protein in

almost 4 months out with the rny and about 75 lbs lost, firstly my hair is coming out, there is nothing more discouraging ladies than seeing get big handfuls of your hair not attached to your head, anyways my doctor told me i needed 50 grams of protein everyday and i hear people on here say its atleast 70, well i'm doing very bad at it all, i'm a vegetarian, i eat eggs and cheese and stuff but it doesn't add up to 50 grams, i drink the carnation instant breakfast but still its not where it should be, i get dizzy when i stand up and things along those lines, i'm not too sure what to do about it anymore, the shakes i've had are abominations
