I have United Health Care Choice Plus PPO..I am in need of a revision

Has anyone had any success on getting a revision to the original rny done? I had rny on Jan 27 2002--I weifhed 480lbs--I am down to 275 or 280--I cannot shed this weight no matter how hard I try.
