Could this be from an ulcer?

My doc said I could take any medication on the not safe list if I took a Pepcide AC first. So I have been takeing Aleeve. I get a terrible smell coming from my insides that only I can smell, it isn't when I burp, I just smell this awful rotting animal smell. Could this be the sign of an ulcer? Also I threw up about a month ago and threw up blood, could this be from that and maybe my esophagus is damaged and rotting?
