What is a decent rate of weight loss the farther from surgery a person is?

I had GBS Sept. 28, 2005 and lost 49 pounds in seven weeks. Since then, I've only lost about 20 pounds with a total weightloss of about 68-70 pounds in 3.5 months. Have I slowed down too much? How much can I expect to be able to lose at this point considering I can't exercise at the moment?
