I don't know what to do.

I had RNY on 07/13/2009 and I have lost a total of 29 pounds, I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I want to be happy for others but I get sick and tired of hearing how other people have lost double what I have in this short abount of time. I know everybody is different and I didn't put the weight on overnight but I feel like I'm in a losing battle. I had my first plateau at 2 weeks which lasted for about 2 weeks. I saw my dodctor last month and he said I should lose another 30 lbs by October, I don't really see how that is going to happen with my slow progress I just feel like it's going to take forever. Also I'm only getting in about 300-500 calories aday if I'm lucky and to be honest I have never had more than 24 oz of water in a day. I do work and exercise on a daily basis but I was wondering if I'm not eating enough or maybe I'm eating the wrong foods. My husband is currently deployed and I want my weight loss to be a big suprise but don't think it will happen. Please someone tell me what to do.
